NEED FOR AN MBA???
I would say don’t do MBA if you don’t know what it means to you and how it adds value to yourself. I always felt that why would companies hire MBA’s?? They want your ability to see the bigger picture in aspects concerning the company. They want you to analyze where they stand, what they are capable of, where they can get to, how soon they can get there, why certain things do not happen the way they should, and what is to be done to make them happen. In short, they want you to lead the path for them. So according to me if you really want to survive and prove yourself you need to add something extra to yourself and therefore i think doing MBA would make things much simpler for me to survive ahead.

NEED FOR MBA IN TODAY’S WORLD
In today’s word MBA is very important to complete your education According to me it essential for every student .But on the other hand there are some people who didn’t do MBA but they are successful .So we cant say that it is the only way to success . It is one of the way through which we can successful.
MBA depends from which institute you did your MBA .There are some institutes who ensure your career is on right path. Most of the student do MBA to get highly paid salary.
MBA course is designed to understand how business is going on . In MBA there are students of different backgrounds who are doing their MBA- some of them are from computers, commerce…. etc. they all learn how to use their knowledge in the business .This is the main objective of MBA.
Hence we can say that by doing MBA the person is secure his career in terms of job and salary.
Importance of MBA: why I choosed to be a MBA
Why there is so much of competition prevailing in the markets? Why people are getting good packages? May be a job satisfaction or 6 digits incentives.
Especially so in these times, you know the market slowdown and all. What with big brother casting shadows on our pride and joy, our young vibrant and growing BPO industry. Things seem a little murky right now ………and no thanks to monsoon really. It is just ain’t raining.
Anyway speaking of the slowdown we heard someone say this is the best time to invest in myself. Stock up on new skills sets; go after that PG course you always wanted to. I agree. I agree to that and I think it is best time to strengthen your career prospects so that the when the market bounce back your into the better position to leverage your work experience with sound CV that proudly proclaim you as an MBA. But compromising with the goals is impossible for me. Now talking personally, I want to see myself five years down the line working on the WALSTREET one of the reputed investment bank
Apart from setting goals one should be always proactive and do some implementation of what we decide in the planner. I really need to understand how it will help me and my career considering I have to invest my hard earned money and 2 years of my precious life ? I don’t have any answer, almost as if I had expected. Firstly you do not need hard earned money or your parent’s money since you gets educational loan which you can start repaying only after getting recruited. Secondly MBA provides better career prospects with the wider choice in HR, FINANCE, Systems, MARKETING across industries like advertising, financial services, insurance, IT, retail, banking, capital markets, media, international business and many more options those are available today.
Today, MBA is the most sought after degree for students of various disciplines. It introduces them to the intricacies of business management and supposedly prepeares them to be managers and leaders. It’s a course which gets students from all backgrounds under one roof and on the same page. So, as a student it is one of the best options as a career because no matter which sector you are in, there is business and one has to manage it.
But, is it really necessary for managers to have an MBA degree to be successful? This is a long fought debate and it’s very hard to evaluate whether MBA is a pre-requisite to be a good manager. While, business houses have been crowding business schools to hire potential managers, a very miniscule number have actually become great managers, let alone leaders.
We are talking about the need for managers here, and I would say that an MBA may be an additional qualification and help a manager but it is certainly not an absolute need. Practical experience can teach much more than an MBA and the money spent on those exorbitant degrees can be better channelised.
We have millions of middle level managers managing businesses of leaders who are non-MBA’s. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Michael Dell and Jack Welch are some names that come to mind. Though, one cannot undermine the importance of an MBA degree, whether it is a need for managers is a question of debate.
MBA’s make great managers, but all great managers are not MBA’s. I would sound as though am against the existence of B-Schools, but am just stressing on the point that management education is not enough, and that quality is of utmost importance while taking the leap.

Why MBA?
I choose MBA because as per my point of view an MBA can help you move up in your current job in regards to responsibility and pay. An MBA can also increase job security with your current employer or within your current industry. MBAs tend to cost more than other degrees. This is because of its recognition and marketability.
Often getting an MBA can lead to a career change. The MBA is considered a management degree and can prepare you for management-level positions.
A significant number of the students that pursue an MBA do it to eventually start their own business.
MBA will increase your business knowledge and add to your expertise. While some people do not have a specific career goal in mind, they know that an MBA will help them. An MBA is a very versatile degree.
If you are new to business or even experienced, this degree has a lot to offer. You can learn functional skills and concepts that seem to be applicable into any industry or job. Now days world require both technical and management skills.

Management education is a must for all whether self employed or in service. The reasons are stated below:
Fist, all businesses manage the following to make profits:
1)Funds/Capital.
2)Inventory or Raw material and Produce.
3)Its Employees.
4)Brands.
Secondly, management education makes a person approach a certain situation as a manager and not as a processor. This I say, out of personal experience.
Third, our education system leaves a huge gap when it comes to analytical/applied thinking. All our schooling and college days are spent mugging up books and coughing it out in the answer sheets. Score well and get on with life. Management education is the answer to this gap.
NEED FOR MBA
MBA seems to be an essential degree to have as to survive in the corporate world. People study a lot of books in their life but MBA gives us an opportunity to apply the knowledge in a practical form. It provides us with a better exposure to the corporate world. The thing is recipe everyone makes all it depends is how the garnishing is done. Icing gives an idea how the cake is. a person with MBA degree is likely to do much better than others and is likely to get more chances to prove himself/herself. It helps us sharpen our skills and beautify our personality. Its actually a most wanted thing for a person to survive n make a mark in the corporate world.

NEED FOR AN MBA AFTER GRADUATION
MBA is need of an hour. We study for 15 years through school – colleges still finally that graduation degree makes us eligible just for the post graduation. The ultimate aim of giving our 15 years for study is to get a good job with handsome pay package. But today’s education system doesn’t make us eligible for that. To achieve top designations in the field of management we need to have an MBA degree from a renowned business school. MBA gives us insight of management with practical experience. That also helps us to improve our personality as a whole. It prepares us for the industry. There for MBA is among the top 3 career choices of students.
