An MBA degree can provide us practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge about business.MBA gives the overall business activities which are happening in the business world.MBA program provides a wide variety of specialization such as finance ,marketing, human resources, systems etc.It provides a wide variety of job opportunities.I joined for an MBA program because i am interested in improving my leadership skills and management skills.Another important thing is that, i have also a plan to start my own business.So by studying MBA program i think i will get enough knowledge regarding how to build up my own business.

Mba course is easily available in very economical rate because education loan is easily available and mba course gives opportunity to learn ,to learn new elements such as HR, finance, marketing and definitely the money factor is also their
MBA ………really a difficult term but still the dream of many (people dream such difficult things anyways). Years ago the flavors of market were Doctors, engineers and more engineers…then came the IT wave…..and then the MBA tsunami.
MBA – Masters of Business Administration. Such a fascinating word. A degree which gives you not only status but also an opportunity to grow in this ever changing corporate environment. And of course high pay packages. But MBA is not that easy. You have to pay a cost for it viz. hard work.
Now the main question. Why do corporate go for MBAs? Why is it so important?

MBA today is your door into corporate world. It brings engineers,arts,commerce and science students on a single platform to hone them for corporate world.
This is the reason why MBA is known as a “professional” degree just like CA and CS. One has background of their own-maybe commerce,science or arts. But managerial skills is a whole different ballgame.

Why is it important to do M.B.A in todays world ? What is s0 special about it ? A lot many reasons are there. To become a successful organisation / industry/institute ..etc. One should have the proper strategy to manage it . Management is both art and science. An organisation can have the excellent staff , analyst but if it does not have the strategy to manage it could failed.In management we learn a lot many subjects and each of it has got its own importanc. such as marketing , HR. marketing person will be responsible for the promotion ,sale ,branding of products Whreas HR person will be responsible for recrutuing the right person at right job at right time . Until our graduation we had followed the book culture and we were doing everything based on the marks and not knowledge.MBA change that style .We study beyond the subjects. We get the actual feel of working in an organization where in we start making quick decisions, understand the situation, make strategies, think of various alternatives in-depth and its effect of the micro things happening around with the help of all the case studies and its analysis. Also we develop our complete personality. Its gives us the opportunity to emerge as leaders, understand human relations , become proactive, take quick decisions , think with open mind, do extreme hard work, start multitasking and prioritize our tasks by planning well in advance. It helps us create an attitude of doing any kind of task which we would have never ever thought of doing.
