Although we say we need to get rid of rote learning but still our education system hasn't got over it. There should bepractical knowledge and hands on experience given to children. All aspects of development like spiritual, emotional, physical etc should be focused on. The focus has to shift from training to get a good job to training the mind and body to become a good entrepreneur. Most important the values that were inculcated by ancient system of education seem to have been lost. We have to get back to inculcating those values among our children so they grow up to become good and responsible citizens
