How do you review school?

• Well before I go to any school, I read about it on internet a lot. Write down points that bother me or are cryptic.
• Then I stand out side the school and get a feel of the school dynamics at the gate. I talk to parents, teachers leaving schools, bus drivers and watchman.
• Then I meet the school teachers, principal, staff , sports teachers etc.
• I talk to students and parents after school.
• Take pictures when possible.
• Write down all that I need to know to write a review.
• I may go to a school 2-3 times unless I am sure and satisfied.
• I finally write the review for you.

How to find the schools of my choice?

• Well you have use the search box at the right hand corner
• You will get  a list of reviews on factor or criteria for all schools that meet them.
• Then you can filter which schools' reviews you want to read.
• Or you can ask for the google search link to filter schools yourself for a tiny fee.

Which is the best school?

• All schools are good in some factors and not in others.
• Most schools I have reviewed fall under these categories.
• Schools I have not reviewed and still most talked of may not mean they are the best.
• You must first write down your priorities and then shortlist the schools.

Why is site navigation difficult?

• Yes I is overwhelming. The best way to search any school is to use the search box at the right hand corner.
• Well there are too many stuff I write on.
• The articles and reviews are all placed in the right page heads.
• Since there are 250 odd schools, reviewing is not easy and writing is more difficult.
• When I get time, I plan to work on the navigation too.
• My child is falling short by 1 day or old by 1 day for school admission.

Can I call you and ask these questions instead of reading the articles?

• Well I used to pick calls earlier at all times.
• Most call from US which is either late night or very early morning, both not convenient.
• Also I have a family, a small new venture, new schools to reviews and talking while driving is not what I do.
• But the reason I stopped taking calls was I was spending 6-8 hours talking and giving same advice on phone that was already in my site.

Why should I pay you to know a simple question as to which is the best school for my child?

• I know its is simple to ask a s simple sounding question. But this is from where I earn my bread and butter now.
• But if you read above questions as to how I review a school and read below about how I fund or maintain my site, you will not ask this question.
• I have spent years to get all these reviews for you. You can read them if you do not want to pay me. The reviews are free to read.

How do you maintain the site?

• I have built the entire 3 sites from scratch.
• I do the design, content addition, management of plugins, coding , SEO etc all alone at night when kids are asleep.
• I do not know php or any of the scripts yet somehow I can manage using my logical brain I guess.
• I am thankful to google's form, docs and all features which I am using to the most.

Is someone funding you?

• Well I did blogging at mouthshut.com, sulekha.com and then on wordpress.com and they were free. So no need for funding.
• When I shifted to my own domain, I have to pay for the hosting, cms, theme, plugins and many such features.
• Initially my husband paid for these (no choice).
• Now the workshops and online consulting should take care though still not there!

• Sure start right away by writing blogs on any of the free sites.
• One day you will reach where I am.
• Have no expectations from anyone.

How do you review products?

• I usually buy the products and review it.
• I collect information about other products to be compared from the malls.
• I take pictures of the product and all written claims.
• I compare and write reviews.

Why should I believe you?

• This is something I can not help you with.
• You believe only those you trust.
• You trust only those who are consistent and genuine.
• You are genuine only if the intentions are right.
• Your intentions are right only if you are good human being.

Are you qualified to review colleges and institutions?

• Well since I am a software engineer and masters of business management, I guess I am.
• Though I do not believe one has to have any degree to review or suggest, if you have valid, logical, sensible points to make for the benefit of larger audience.

How do you review MBA colleges?

• The process is same.
•  I am guest professor with many MBA colleges, so its even more easy.
