NURSERY ADMISSIONS FOR YEAR 2014—15

Admission Forms will be available in the school office as well as online from:

Tuesday, 7” January, 2014 to Thursday, 9th January, 2014.

Timings for collecting the forms from school office: between 8.30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Timings for filling and submitting forms Online : 24 hours

Forms will be issued to ALL ELIGIBLE candidates as per schedule at Rs. 300/-per form.
Seat Availability:
IMPORTANT NOTICE — 24th December, 2013

Total Seats 160 seats
Seats Reserved as per Right to Education Act 40 seats
Seats Available For Present Admission Process 120 seats

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: All children born before 31st December, 2011.
NO Relaxation : Parents are requested not to waste their time standing in the queue if their
ward does not meet the above criteria.
These criteria are also applicable to siblings and Amanora Citizens.

Admission Process:
Seats will be first allotted to Direct Siblings of our existing students and for Amanora Citizens.
Cousins Will Not be considered as siblings. Families residing on Leave Licence / rental basis
in Ama nora Park Town are not considered as Amanora citizens.

Following this all other seats will be filled as per Random Selection or Lottery System.

Issue of Forms:
A. FOR AMANORA CITIZENS AND DIRECT SIBLINGS:
Forms will be issued and Admission for Amanora Citizens and Siblings will begin from: Thursday, 26th December 2013 to Monday, 6th January, 2014
between 8.30 am. to 12:00 noon.
No preference will be given after 6th January, 2014. Amanora Citizens and Siblings will have to undergo the normal admission procedures as mentioned in point B.
Forms will be issued to ALL ELIGIBLE candidates as per schedule at 300/-per form.
Agreement copy mandatory for Amanora Citizens while collecting admission form

B. FOR OTHERS (Lottery Basis)

The number of available vacancies (after confirmed admission to direct siblings and Amanora
Citizens) will be displayed at that time.
Parents Please DO NOT stand in queue outside school before the scheduled date / time.
Seats will NOT be issued on first come first serve basis.
No Tokens will be issued at the security counter. Parents should not rush and overcrowd at
the school gate before the scheduled date / time. PU

Submission of Manual Forms (Lottery Basis)

Forms can be submitted up to Monday, 13th January, 2014
between 8:30 am to 12:00 noon.
Forms should be complete in all respects while submission, incomplete forms will not be
accepted.

Admission List:

Admission list will be displayed on the notice board on Monday, 20th January, 2014.
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:

  • Two Recent Photographs
  • Copy of Birth Certificate* (Attested True Copy)
  • Residence Proof (Local)
  • Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner (original)
  • Copy of Passport I PlO card (for students travelling from outside India)
  • Copy of Caste Certificate (valid & Attested True Copy), if applicable

* In case of Birth certificate in languages other than English I Hindi I Marathi, please bring a notarized copy of the certificate translated in English.

Payment of Fees:
Fees for selected students will be accepted from Tuesday, 21st January, 2014 to
Saturday, 2Sj January, 2014. Between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
In case fees are not paid as per schedule, the admission will be cancelled and the school
will allot the seat as per the next random selection list..
Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy is displayed on the notice board.
Pre-primary section (Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG) runs in two shifts
Shift-I: 8:00 am to 11:15 am Shift-2: 11:20 am to 2:35 pm
The shifts will be allotted solely at the school’s discretion. No request for change in shifts will be entertained.

Nursery  Admissions 2014-15

The admission forms for Nursery available in school office on all working days.
Forms will be issued to ALL ELIGIBLE candidates at the rate of Rs.250/- per form. Now its Rs 300/- per form.
Documents to be shown while collecting admission form:
Bullet Image Original Birth Certificate: In case of certificates in languages other than English / Hindi / Marathi, please bring a notarized copy of the certificate translated in English.

  • Documents to be Attached With Admission Form:
  • Two recent photographs of the student
  •  One recent photograph each of the parents
  •  Attested true copy of the Birth Certificate
  •  Residence proof as mentioned below
  •  A medical certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner (signed and stamped)
  •  Parents from Reserved Category, who want the cast to be entered in the school register should submit the Caste Certificate issued by the concerned Municipal authorities in the name of the student

Proof of Residence:
Residence proof should strictly be in the name of the father or the mother of the child seeking admission.
Any ONE of the following documents can be produced as proof of residence:
Passport (Recent)
1.Electricity Bills
2. Telephone Bill (Land Line)
3. Unique I.D. (AAdhar) Card
4. Registered Agreement Copy (Purchase or Rented)
5. Bank Statement for the Current Month

Please carry all the Original documents for Verification
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
In case fees are not paid as per schedule, the admission will stand cancelled and the school can allot the seat as per its decision.
Admission process includes a brief interaction with both parents and the student.
Admission to Std. I to VI is purely based on merit.
Please Note
1. The School will not entertain any correspondence, discussion, telephonic or personal inquiries regarding the admission process.
2. Any intervention or pressure in the normal admission process will lead to immediate disqualification of the applicant.

4. The school regrets its inability to address parental inquiries on an individual basis. All information required is available in the admission booklet/prospectus.
5. Please note that the School Management does not accept donation in any kind whatsoever. Neither does the Management authorize any person to do so.
6. The school does not reserve any seats on any grounds other than the quota for direct siblings. In case any person claims to secure a seat in our school through influence or consideration please bring it to the notice of administration for suitable action.
