JEE Joint Entrance Exam for Engineering seats in India

Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE) is an All India Common Entrance Exam for admission to engineering colleges across India. It is conducted in two phases – JEE Main and JEE Advanced.

Which colleges after JEE: The IITs, ISM,  NITs, IIITs and other central or state-funded institutes grant admission based on JEE Mains. The States of Gujarat, Nagaland, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Odisha have joined JEE (Main) system.

Cut off Marks JEE Main 2016:

Students are eligible to write JEE Advanced only if they clear the cut off marks in JEE Main.

Success percentage: 1.4% :   Over 14 Lakh students appear every year and only 20,000 get a rank.
